Cancellation Policy

Blown Away Hair Lounge Cancellation Policy At Blown Away Hair Lounge, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every guest and to accommodate our stylists’ schedules, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling * We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s). No-Show Policy * Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notifying us will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total. Deposits * Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review each situation individually. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our business.
